Bruce Kaplan is a Realtor and Senior Broker Associate with Premier Commercial Realty and was one of its founding members in 1991. He has consistently been a top-producing agent for Premier since its inception, has a reputation for being hard-working, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest and dedicated to solving his clients’ real estate challenges. Other brokers seek him out for expert advice. Bruce has become a leading advocate for private property rights. He is an author, speaker and former contributing columnist for the Northwest Herald’s real estate column. Bruce is currently partnered with his son, Kevin Kaplan, who joined Premier in 2015.
