in the commercial real estate industry as a national commercial title executive.
Haefner has been heavily involved in the many facets of the Chicagoland commercial real estate industry, having served
on the board of the Rogers Park Builders Group, as Past-President of the Chicago Real Estate Council, a long-time
member of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), REIA (Real Estate Investment Association), and is
2023-2024 President of the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors (NICAR).
